I would highly recommend Shan Travels! We have used Shan Travel twice and will continue to use him for all future trips. His van was immaculately clean and had wifi available for most of the trip. He was so knowledgeable about traveling across Sri Lanka despite a difficult itinerary. He made the 17 days fly by and he was great company! Such a fun and varied trip. I was travelling with my mum and he took great care in ensuring her safety with his careful driving. He also made a point of only stopping for bathroom breaks at safe and clean places. His recommendations for food places and hotels were also helpful! He stopped for some really beautiful photo ops and also takes some pretty great photos himself! All in all Shan Travels is tried and tested! Great experience!
It was so so wonderful travelling from Colombo to Jaffna through Shan Travels. The journey was supposed to be long and tiring but it was so so accommodating and comfortable that the journey is one of my most memorable one’s now. I had the pleasure of traveling with Ragulan brother, a remarkable personal driver, and I couldn’t be more impressed. His professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail truly set him apart. He was always punctual, and knew all the streets well throughout Sri Lanka. No matter how difficult the traffic was, he drove with patience. His service was beyond because he will talk with vendors and services to make sure we get the service we were looking for.In addition, his vehicle was always air conditioned and kept very clean. He also provides wifi.

Being able to flexibly decide on the places you want to visit was the best thing for us. Communication via Whatsapp ran smoothly in advance. The dates were set in advance and the price for his service was more than fair. Not only was he easy to deal with as a driver, but also as a person he was very empathetic and helpful. My brother got hold of this place, after getting boot from a small player. Most of the guys in the region do rent a car from their home.But these guys are professional! An office space and an internal service area.Very reliable people and very reliable professional service. I took a vehicle from them. Vehicle was most reliable. Ragu is amazing! We were able to travel all through Sri Lanka with him and he knows the best spots to capture beautiful pictures and videos ! Definitely recommend him if you're travelling there.
