2. Substitutions: In case of any amendments, we will endeavor to provide an alternative of equal or higher value.

Liability

1. Responsibility: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by you or your property during the tour, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to our negligence.
2. Third-Party Services: We act as an agent for the third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. We are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

Conduct

1. Behavior: You must conduct yourself in a manner acceptable to us and our service providers. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the tour if your behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
2. Compliance: You must comply with all local laws and regulations during the tour.

All content provided on the Shan Travels website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Shan Travels and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
